Jaipur is home to an array of flourishing gardens including both natural as well as artificial. When the esteemed Kachhwaha Rajput king, Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II was planning the plot of this city, he gave an extraordinary value to the gardens. Most of the gardens located in Jaipur have been dedicated to the queens of the kings.
Kanak Vrindavan Valley
The Kanak Vrindavan Valley is a marvelous and exotic tourist attraction in Jaipur located beautifully on the way to the grand Amer Fort. Established at the foothills of the Nahargarh hill, this garden is nestled by a range of tourist attractions including the Amer Palace, Jaigarh fort and spans of verdant greenery.
Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh
Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh is located at a distance of 10 km from Jaipur. The garden was established by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh in the year 1728. The king presented this garden as a gift to his second queen Sisodia. The garden is decorated with gorgeous wall designs of Radha-Krishna love tales which are eye candy for one and all visiting there.
Vidyadhar Garden
The Vidyadhar garden is an unspoiled garden situated in the heart of the city. It is one of the best-preserved gardens here that offers picturesque landscapes and memories of Jaipur’s chief Architect, Vidyadhar Bhattacharya.
